Nurses’ aides and others assist LPNs in some of the duties they perform. LPNs take their direction from doctors and registered nurses (RNs) and nurse managers. On a scale of 1 – 10 how much do you like being an LPN? What type of facility do you work in (hospital, nursing home, etc) and what are your duties??
